The Screen Titan Mini is a portable aggregate screener that is designed to deliver three (3) separate grades of topsoil, gravel, sand or anything else you require from each screen cycle. The Screen Titan Mini can handle up to ¾ cubic yards of material per charge. It’s 4’ by 9’ combined loading pan and screening bed help to provide 9’ of travel that helps guarantee that each load is completely screened in roughly 20 seconds. As a result, the Screen Titan Mini is a rugged, reliable workhorse that functions as a medium-output aggregate screen plant. The simple but effective design and heavy duty construction of the unit help to reduce the chances of downtime.
The unit has four main suspension points at the corners where the screen deck attaches to the base. At these points, you’ll find the four Swiss-made Rosta oscillating mounts that are typically over-specified for the expected workload of the Screen Titan Mini. Under normal conditions, these mounts are expected to give several years of performance without any trouble.
The three separate grade zones and separately defined load areas ensure that finished product remains cleanly piled until you remove it. As a result, there is never a need to drive over the finished product to get to the Screen Titan Mini. Coupled with the five cubic yard main recovery area, you’ll have a screener that will stay in operation longer in a one machine operation or alternatively allow two machines to operate the screener without any trafficking issues: one working the load-zone and one working the recovery area.
Much like the Ultra version of the Screen Titan, the Mini is also completely mechanical. As a result, there are no hydraulic pumps, hoses or fluids to maintain or change. Aside from the following scheduled engine maintenance, the only regular consumable part on the screener is the drive belt. Exactly like the Screen Titan Ultra, the Mini has a patented screen-box system and is powered by a Subaru gas engine (or the optional diesel) The engine works quietly and provides long hours of operation.
The Screen Titan Mini is a smaller and even more mobile iteration of the Screen Titan Ultra. In this case, the Mini can be move from site-to-site by using a ½ ton vehicle. Furthermore, the Screen Titan Mini comes equipped with the following (just like the Ultra):
