TRACK PUGMILL

TRACK BLENDER

The BP1200-9TB Mobile Blender has been developed by IMS to meet the many applications where blending of material is essential. It can be used in applications where high volumes are required and is capable of producing up to 1000 tph of blended material.

The process is simple but effective, there are two hoppers, one 12m (16yrds) and one 10m (13yrds). Both meet in a central mixing chamber, blending box see attached picture, and discharge out from a 9 meter (29.5') conveyor. The blending box is a single shaft mixer/shredder. This mixer is used when a more refined mixing process is required but can be hydraulically moved when large output is required.

The Screen Titan gives a three way split of materials, oversize, mediums and fines, in three (3) separately defined piles separated by steel dividing plates. The Ultra can handle up to three (3) cubic yards of material per load with its 46.5’ by 124’ screen bed coupled with the integrated loading pan, provides 13.5’ of travel, which guarantees that each load is completely screened in a typical 20 second cycle time.

The Screen Titan is available in two models, the 'Ultra' and the 'Mini'.

Diesel or electric power are available options for both Mini and Ultra aggregate screeners.
